Obviously it isn’t something that’s culturally acceptable, but is it actually illegal? If a person casually walked down the streets of Tokyo naked, could they be arrested? Would they be likely to? How fiercely is the law enforced, if it exists? And if it does, how do the producers of certain Japanese movies that feature girls nude in public places get away with it?
